Dear all,
as explained in this entry there activists outside of the "open preparation group" who are working hard to enable education activists worldwide to take part and come to Bochum.
Unfortunately we have no funds to financially support people, especially in so-called developing countries, in their travel expenses.
The congress is being supported by an EU program called "Youth in Action", but the funds are strictly restricted to be used only for people who happen to come from an EU-member state [+ Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Turkey].
Therefore we - activists wanting to enable all people to take part - urgently need groups and organisations who want to financially support those who can't pay for the travel expenses themself, but are still very keen to join the "European Education Congress".
The idea is that each group, institution or organisation is in charge for one or two activists who need financial support. You would get in touch with each other and than arrange things.
Who can help?
